Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be obsessed with your GIA fit, but if something isn't right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.
